What you get

Everything your Dallas pool needs — done right, every single week

Dallas summers are brutal on pool water. With temperatures regularly exceeding 100°F and intense UV exposure, chlorine burns off fast, algae spores activate quickly, and water chemistry drifts daily. A weekly service visit isn't a luxury — it's the minimum needed to keep your pool safe, clear, and inviting.

Our technicians arrive on the same day each week, perform a thorough service routine, and send you a visit summary. No guesswork, no surprises — just a pool that's always ready.

What's Included Every Visit

  • Surface skimming — leaves, insects, debris removed
  • Wall, step & tile brushing to prevent algae buildup
  • Floor vacuuming — manual or automatic
  • Full water chemistry test (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, stabilizer, calcium)
  • Chemical dosing & adjustment as needed
  • Skimmer & pump basket cleaning
  • Filter pressure check & backwash when needed
  • Visual equipment inspection & issue report

Dallas-specific expertise

Why Dallas pools need weekly service — not bi-weekly

Most pool companies upsell frequency. We explain it: Dallas conditions make weekly service genuinely necessary, not optional.

🌡️

Extreme Heat

Dallas summers regularly hit 105°F+. High temperatures dramatically increase chlorine consumption — pools can go from balanced to algae-prone in 48 hours without attention.

💧

Hard Water Minerals

Dallas tap water is notoriously hard (280–400 ppm calcium hardness). Weekly monitoring prevents calcium scale from building up on your tile, shell, and equipment.

🌿

Heavy Tree Debris

Lakewood, Preston Hollow, and Highland Park neighborhoods have mature trees that shed constantly. Weekly skimming keeps organic debris from spiking phosphates and feeding algae.

Weekly maintenance FAQ

Plans start at $189/month for smaller pools and go up to $299/month for large pools over 20,000 gallons. We provide a free on-site assessment and written quote before any service begins — no obligation.
No. Most of our Dallas customers aren't home during service visits. As long as we have access to the pool gate, we'll complete the full service and send you a visit summary with notes on anything we found.
Chemical testing and dosing labor is included. Chemicals themselves (chlorine, pH adjusters, algaecide, etc.) are billed at our wholesale cost — typically $20–$50/month for a standard Dallas pool. We never mark up chemicals for profit.
We service pools in light rain — Dallas storms are usually brief and we work around them. Heavy lightning keeps us off the water for safety, but we'll reschedule to the next available day that week and notify you immediately.
